What we collect

• Trip details you choose: route, dates, cabin and number of travelers.
• Contact details you send us: email address, and optionally your name, phone number and notes.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, the page you came from, and campaign details in the link you clicked (for example UTM tags or a Meta click ID).
• Cookies: first-party cookies that keep your visit together (sf_vid, sf_sid) and advertising identifiers (_fbp, _fbc) that help us measure our ads.

How we use it

• To check availability, confirm prices and book the trip you asked about.
• To contact you about that request by email, or by phone or text if you gave us a number and agreed to it.
• To understand which ads and pages work, so we can improve the service.
• To protect the service against abuse and fraud.

Sharing

We share your details with the airline and booking partners only when needed to book your trip. We may share hashed (not readable) contact details and visit data with advertising platforms such as Meta to measure our ads. We don't sell your personal information. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't share your data with advertising platforms.

How long we keep it

Full IP addresses are shortened after 90 days. Visit data is deleted after about 13 months. Trip requests are kept as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To stop texts, reply STOP.
